1. Mirrors are ex-stock from Larson Juhl, in new condition. 2. To purchase a mirror, the Customer must email mvp@mvp.org.nz with their details and if they prefer delivery or pick-up. 3. Delivery is available within the Auckland Metropolitan Area only. 4. Auckland Metropolitan Area is defined as from Whangaparaoa in the north, Whenuapai in the west, Howick in the east and Papakura in the south. It does not include any gulf islands. 5. Pick-up is from Auckland CBD, with further details to be provided by email. 6. MVP will respond to the Customer’s email with information for bank deposit payment. 7. All payments must be paid by bank deposit. 8. Delivery cost is an additional $30 to the sale price. 9. Pick-up or delivery will be available once payment has cleared in MVP’s bank account. 10. The transaction is considered a one-off sale, so the Customer is not considered a New Customer under MVP’s Standard Terms & Conditions. 11. All other Standard Terms & Conditions remain in place.
Standard Terms & Conditions
1. All prices are in NZ$. 2. MVP’s Hourly Rate is $80. 3. MVP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or change the Hourly Rate at any time. 4. A New Customer is considered a customer that has not previously had work completed by MVP. 5. New Customers are required to pay $100 deposit before work commences for the first sale. 6. A Special Offer is considered any online promotion, sale, reduction from the standard rate, or any benefit outside the standard MVP Hourly Rate. 7. Only one Special Offer may be claimed at a time. 8. MVP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change or withdraw any Special Offer at any time, or reject a claim for a Special Offer. 9. If claiming a Special Offer, you must notify MVP that you are doing so at the time of the request. Failure to do so may result in the Special Offer not being redeemed. 10. MVP reserves the right to remove a Special Offer from social media or this website at any time. 11. Any claim for a Special Offer must be made by email to MVP. 12. By claiming any Special Offer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 13. If purchasing physical products, a delivery cost may be incurred depending on your location. 14. Final colours may be different to what you see on your screen. To prevent colour discrepancies, the onus is on the Customer to supply existing materials for MVP to match to, or to check the physical product before purchase. 15. MVP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
